Jens works as a PhD researcher at the University of Leuven. As a freelance consultant, he works at the Center for AI and Digital Policy in Washington, at Ulysses AI, and at NASA. He is a Europaeum Scholar at Oxford University, a Global Policy Fellow at ITS Rio De Janeiro, and a Fulbright fellow at Stanford University. Koen is a seasoned professional with decades of experience as an IT Manager and Data Protection Officer in the Flemish government, a privacy and security consultant, and a business unit manager.
